University Policy

Human Resources policies and procedures establish a framework and set standards that guide how staff members should conduct themselves as employees and members of the broader Princeton community. In concert with Rights, Rules, Responsibilities and other University policies and procedures, this library contains policies that govern various aspects of conduct, leaves of absence, and roles and responsibilities, including how individuals perform their jobs, make decisions, interact with one another and manage the business operations of the University. It also provides information about resources and relevant federal, state and local legislation.
